Leon County School Calendar: The teachers would have planning and training days at the start of the school year July 31 to August 8, 2025. Classes begin Monday, August 11, 2025. Students complete school on Friday, May 22, 2026, and the total school finishes on Monday, May 25, 2026, with teacher planning days of May 26 and 27.

Winter Break will be held between December 22 to 31, 2025, and January 1 and 2, 2026. The teachers will be back to plan on January 5-6, with the students returning to school on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

The Spring Break will be set between Monday, March 16, and Friday, March 20, 2026, with the planning day by the teacher scheduled as Monday, March 23, 2026.

Summer Break starts on May 22, 2026, which is the last day of school with students. Summer federal holidays that will be observed at the district are also Juneteenth (June 18) and Independence Day (July 4).
