Lubbock Schools Calendar: Lubbock ISD will initiate its 2025 2026 academic school year on August 14, 2025. There is Thanksgiving vacation where students will take a break between the 25th and 29th of November 2025. The length of the Winter Break is December 23, 2025 January 6, 2026. Spring Break is planned from March 16 to March 20, 2026. The last day of classes is the 22nd of May 2026, and the school year will finish at that time.
